Terms And Conditions.

DogstarEntertainment Web-shop is an online service that facilitates the supply of Event Tickets to DogstarEntertainment events. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products/Tickets, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.and

• you are at least 18 years old.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. The Ordered Tickets for the event that you have purchased will be emailed to you separately within no later than 5 working days to the email that you have provided us with when making the order. You also agree to receive our news letters via email with information from DogstarEntertainments future coming events and information about the upcoming event that you have purchased. This news updates can be cancelled at any time by emailing us that u wish to stop receiving the news letters by clicking on the link provided in the end of the newsletter.

Product prices include VAT.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card Swedish citizens can also use Swish for payment. These options are available at the end of the checkout process. The Products will be dispatched once we have received payment.

Events & Refund Policy.
Cancellation Policy – Should an event be cancelled by us or by the Venue at late notice giving us no time to find an alternative then we will issue customers a full refund within 30 days without the customer having to do anything. If there is an issue we will contact you directly.

Change of Venue Policy.

Should there be a change of Venue for the Event then providing the date remains the same and the new Venue location is in the same city then no refunds will be offered and the purchased ticket can be used for the event on the new venue.

Change of Date Policy.

Should there be a change of date for the event then Customers will be contacted and offered the alternativ of a Refund or to keep the Ticket for use on the new date of the event.. If you as the Customer wish for a Refund you need to claim this within 7 days of being contacted. Once the 7 days have expired then no refunds will be issued.
